We dispatch all goods in the case of payment by bank transfer or online payment after the money has been credited to our account. Parcels are delivered by courier companies and the delivery time depends on the carrier, the type of parcel and the address of the recipient. It usually takes up to 5 working days.

Please note that when paying by traditional transfer, the time of receipt of the parcel is extended by the time of the transfer.

If you have chosen to collect your order via Paczkomaty InPost or Orlen Paczka, the parcel will be at the Paczkomaty of your choice within a few (usually up to 5) working days from the moment of sending the parcel.

The order processing time is calculated from the moment of obtaining a positive payment authorisation.
If the customer chooses to pay by traditional transfer – from the day the payment is credited to our bank account.
