Making a complaint
To make a complaint, follow the steps below:

1. Return/complaint form
Fill in the return/complaint form and enclose it with your parcel. The document should contain the following details: your name, e-mail or postal address, telephone number, an indication of the product number and the reason for the complaint, the date of purchase and the occurrence of the defect.

2.Sending the product back
When making a complaint please send back the product together with all its accessories and a copy of the purchase invoice.

3. Shipping
The claimed product should be sent to the following address:

Return of goods
According to the law in force, you have 14 days to return the goods. In order to withdraw from the contract and return the product purchased from us, fill in the necessary statement and send it to our address together with the returned product(s):

Also enclose all accessories received with the product(s) and the receipt or invoice in the package with the statement and the returned product(s).

The seller will make the refund using the same payment channel.
If a refund is required for a transaction made by the customer with a payment card, the seller will make the refund to the bank account assigned to the customer's payment card.
The seller shall refund the payment using the same payment method used by the consumer, unless the consumer has expressly agreed to a different refund method that does not incur any costs for the consumer.
