ANNEX 1 TO THE KOLONSKY SHOP PRIVACY POLICY
- LIST OF ADVERTISING AND ANALYTICAL TOOLS THAT USE COOKIES
- ANALYTICAL COOKIES:
- We use Google Analytics
- The information that Google Analytics collects about users includes, for example: how many times a user visits the website; which pages the user visits; the date of the first and last visit; the duration of the visit; the page from which the user visited the website (source of arrival); the browser the user uses; the link the user clicks; the location in the world from which the user accesses the website; the anonymised (abbreviated) IP address, etc.
- Google assigns individual users their own identifier (so-called Google ID) and collects the data obtained from cookies from various websites on its servers. We - as the owner of the Website - may receive reports (statistics) from Google exclusively related to the traffic on our Website. These reports, of course, only include persons who have consented on our Website to have their visits recorded by Google Analytics.
- You can find further detailed information on how Google Analytics works here and here.
- You can also permanently prevent Google Analytics from recording information from your browser by installing a special plug-in found here.
- Cookies from our shop's software provider
- The provider of the software through which our Store operates - i.e. the owner of the shoper.pl platform - places cookie files on our Site in order to collect aggregate information on how customers use online shops (sub-pages opened and time spent on them, products displayed, clicks on the Store's website, analytical information on purchases, e.g. conversion rates).
- This data is used to create aggregate reports for e-shop owners, containing general (no personal data) information on, among other things, what products the shoppers are interested in, at what time of the year there is an increase in shop traffic or sales, etc. This allows retailers (including us) to improve their shops and optimise their sales processes.
- You can read full information about this in the Cookie Policy for Shoper shop visitor.

Google uses this information to display advertisements on other sites you visit. Normally, cookies from Google expire after 3 months.
- We, as advertisers using Google's services, do not have access to the cookie data stored on your device, but we can commission adverts to groups of audiences with characteristics we have selected, e.g. all people who have visited our website (or a specific subpage of it) in the last 7 days. This data is only statistical material for us, and we only commission adverts on the basis of aggregate criteria (to specific target groups and not to a specific user).
- We may also use (as part of our use of the Google Marketing Platform) tools to measure the effectiveness of advertising campaigns (e.g. how many people clicked on a particular ad over a certain period of time).
- You can read more about how Google uses cookies to display advertisements and how you can manage your advertising settings here and here.
