Shopping in a few steps with KOLONSKY.

 1. Select the quantity of products you want to buy, then click the GO TO CART button.

2. You will be taken to your shopping cart. Check that the contents are correct, select a delivery option and payment method, and then click the ORDER button.

 3. To finalize your order, register, log in using your chosen method or place an order without registration.

4. Fill in the data necessary to complete the order, read the regulations, confirm that you have read the regulations and then click the SUMMARY button. 

5. Check if all the details are correct. If not, click BACK and correct them. If yes, click CONFIRM PURCHASE.

Depending on which payment method you have chosen, you will be redirected to:

- instant electronic payment window,

- BLIK code payment window,

- If you choose to pay by traditional transfer, you will receive an order summary along with the bank account number to which you should transfer the payment for the order.

6. You've done it! You've placed your order. If you've chosen to pay by traditional bank transfer, we'll process your order after your payment has been posted. You can find the status of your order in your account panel* or in the email you'll receive from us. With each change in the status of your order, you'll receive a message from us to the email address you provided.

Order fulfillment takes up to 5 business days from the moment the payment for the order is posted.
